Green Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Fresh mango pieces: 1 handful
Fresh spinach: 1 handful
Fresh whole kiwi, with skin removed: ½
Fresh, ripe banana: ½
Dates: 4
Oat milk: 300ml
Pea Protein Powder: 10g
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined. Add more oat milk if desired.

Fresh, ripe banana: 1

Method:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined. Add more oat milk if desired.
